We made a Christmas tree and decorations out of wrapping paper. When we were at the store I asked Evie what we should use for the star on the top of the tree and she chose a big gold bow. She was excited to put the star on our tree so it was the first thing she did.
Evie loves using
scissors and was happy to help cut out the ornaments.
Ethan liked sticking the ornaments on the tree until he figured out there was a lock on the door.
We took a break for lunch and a walk to to park and then Evie helped put presents under the tree when Ethan took his nap.
It was a fun project...now lets hope the kids are 'nice' until Christmas so they get some real presents under the tree...
