The kids woke up to their first snow of the year over the weekend. They quickly got dressed and grabbed containers to collect snow and headed outside.
It wasn't much of a snow but nonetheless, exciting. It was chilly outside. I think it was only about 7:30am or so. They didn't stay outside long. Maybe only as long as it took to dress them.
The kids like eating snow. We added a little food coloring for fun. Ethan chose green.
Evie went for yellow. I need to get a few spray bottles to fill it with food coloring for the next time it snows so the kids can make the yard a big rainbow.
